When a shrine does not publish goshuin hours, this guide says so. A gate-opening time or a phone-office window is not substituted for a seal desk.

Fushimi Inari Taisha

The shrine publishes nothing about goshuin. We searched its Japanese and English pages thoroughly — no page, no mention.
Collectors report three, at the counter beside the main hall, at the Okusha worship hall, and at Gozendani, with the first two around 8:30–16:00. None of that is confirmed by the shrine, and neither price nor writing method is published anywhere.

Kiyomizu-dera
清水寺

Offered at the nokyosho, which is marked on the temple's own grounds map near the Asakura-do side.
The temple states that the amulet counter and the seal office begin issuing from around 8:00 — worth noting, because the gate opens at 6:00, so the first two hours of the day are for worship only. Closing time, price and whether it is written into your book are not published.
Kiyomizu-dera is number 16 of the Saikoku thirty-three and holds several of the Rakuyo thirty-three, so more than one seal exists here.

Mikane Jinja
